Welcome to the forum of the Middle Tennessee Geocachers club. We hope you find this a valuable way to communicate with others in TN about this hobby and look forward to hearing from you.

We also hope you are not an low-down, evil, scum-sucking, conniving, unwanted spammer that is here to vandalize our website to consume our time (hey, we'd much rather be chasing tupperware in the woods) and club resources to repair. Go ahead - ask me how I really feel.

So while we're delighted to have other geocachers join us, when you fill out the profile to join here, be sure to include enough information about yourself to convince the human that will approve your account that you are a human that is actually interested in geocaching in Middle TN.

I started to include examples of good and bad here, and then I figured that some bored kid with time on his hands would use it for evil. You don't have to divulge anything personal that you don't want to disclose, of course, but you do have to convince the administration that you're a cacher and not a spammer from elbonia.

Accounts without email addresses stand an excellent chance of not being approved.
